Episode was recorded in August 2023 In 1983 before Manga was widely known in North America, he published one of the most important books for the industry- “Manga! Manga! The World of Japanese Comics”. He also translated some of the first works to arrive in the states. He has since published several more books and even stands as a member of the committee for the International Manga Award. Today we welcome the legend himself Frederik Schodt!
